Overview of Organizational Restructuring

As of April 1, 2026, organizational restructuring aimed at strengthening organizational and management capabilities will be implemented, including abolition of the Business Headquarters, Americas & Europe Division, and ASEAN Region Division. The Corporate Planning Department will be reorganized into the Corporate Planning Management Headquarters, the Corporate Administration Headquarters into the Administration Headquarters, the Finance and Accounting Department into the Finance and Accounting Headquarters, and the System Reform Promotion Project into the System Reform Promotion Project Headquarters. This aims to improve organizational efficiency and strengthen the management foundation.

Details of Personnel Changes and Structure

On the same date, position changes will be made for Senior Managing Executive Officers, Managing Executive Officers, and Executive Officers. Mr. Satoshi Shiina will assume the roles of Senior Managing Executive Officer, Head of the Finance and Accounting Headquarters, and oversee the Administration Headquarters; Mr. Jiya Fujita will change from Senior Managing Executive Officer to Managing Executive Officer and assume the head of the Corporate Planning Management Headquarters and division head of the Corporate Planning Department. Several other Executive Officers will assume new positions. This aims to strengthen the system for promoting management reform.
