The shares acquired are common shares, with the final acquisition period spanning from March 1 to March 24, 2026. The cumulative number of shares acquired totals 70,793,900, with a total acquisition price of JPY 249,999,854,281. Consequently, all treasury stock acquisitions based on these board resolutions have been completed.
