Notification Regarding Introduction of CxO Structure and Changes to Representative Director, Officers, and Executive Officers

Purpose of Introducing the CxO Structure

Nippon Thomson Co., Ltd. has introduced the CxO structure aiming for sustainable growth and medium- to long-term enhancement of corporate value. This initiative strengthens the management system and corporate governance by clarifying responsibilities and authorities across functions and domains, enhancing supervisory and executive functions, accelerating decision-making, and improving management transparency. The management team, led by the CEO and including the CFO, will leverage their expertise and collaborate to advance investment decisions and optimize allocation of management resources.

Overview of Changes to Representative Director and Officers

Effective April 1, 2026, Mikito Hosono will assume the position of Representative Director, President & CEO, and Osamu Nishimura will assume the position of Director & CFO. Shigeki Miyaji will be appointed Chairman of the Board, and Shinya Hideshima will be appointed Vice Chairman of the Board, overseeing the Production and Sales Divisions. Numerous changes including appointments of executive officers and advisors, such as Takanori Kojima as Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning and Accounting, are also being implemented. These personnel changes aim to strengthen the management system and invigorate the organization.
