This document aims to partially correct the supplementary explanation material for the fiscal year ending March 2025 financial results. Errors were identified in the accounting methods for defined benefit pension liability and pension assets related to the defined benefit pension plan, leading to revisions of total assets from 124,611 million yen to 126,575 million yen and equity ratio from 85.0% to 83.7%. Corrected figures for other financial conditions and performance indicators are also presented.

For the fiscal year ending March 2025, net sales reached 91,839 million yen (6.0% increase YoY), and operating income was 14,468 million yen (14.8% increase YoY), achieving both revenue and profit growth. Net income per share was 241.81 yen, a 15.8% increase from the previous year. A dividend of 114 yen per share is planned, with a dividend payout ratio of 47.1%. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales are projected at 94,100 million yen and operating income at 14,700 million yen, indicating continued stable growth.
