It operates through the Amusement Related Business, Smart Solution Related Business, and Hotel and Restaurant Related Business segments. The company plans, develops, manufactures, and sells automatic recognition systems, such as RFID, bar code, two-dimensional code, and X-ray inspection systems; designs, manufactures, and sells electronic and information equipment, banknote validators, card readers, vending machines, and card printers; plans and sells information processing equipment; content distribution business; and provides information processing services. It is also involved in the creation, operation, sale, and management of membership management, and provision of related information services; press processing; manufacture and sale of molds and machinery; third-party management of card systems; software development business; design and contracting, construction, and supervision of construction works; management of hotels and restaurants; real estate leasing and management; and planning, production, and sale of printed materials for advertising. In addition, the company engages in the sales and after-sales services of amusement-related equipment. The company was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
