Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated sales amounted to ¥5,624.5 million, a 41.6% decrease from the previous year. Operating income was ¥6,667 million, and net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥3,818 million. Orders received totaled ¥4,769.4 million, down 49.5%; however, water treatment equipment businesses in South Korea and Taiwan remained strong. Conversely, the overall performance significantly contracted due to the rebound effects from large Chinese and U.S. projects and delays in project schedules. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, performance is projected to recover significantly, with orders received expected to reach ¥16,478 million (up 245.5%), sales forecasted at ¥9,700 million, and net income at ¥1,110 million. Growing demand in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical markets is believed to support this improvement. The dividend is planned to increase from ¥81 to ¥85 annually, continuing shareholder returns. The company will continue to implement measures in line with its mid-term management plan to expand corporate value and enhance shareholder profits.
