Details of Changes to Directors and Executive Officers

Effective April 1, 2026, Executive Managing Director Hideki Asada assumed roles as Head of Corporate Strategy Office, China Business Office, and Corporate Headquarters. Executive Managing Director Takashi Mizushina was transferred to oversee Moriyama Plant, Production Procurement Headquarters, Health and Safety & Environmental Office, and Audit Office. Executive Managing Director Yoichi Hayata was reassigned to the Technology Headquarters. Among executive officers, Managing Executive Officer Masaki Hama became Head of Technology Headquarters, and Senior Executive Officer Naoki Otsuji assumed Deputy Head of Corporate Strategy Office and responsibility for the ICT Promotion Office, among a total of seven personnel changes.

Numerous personnel changes were also made for managers and above, including positions such as Chief of Corporate Strategy Office, Head of China Business Office, and Director of Research & Development at Technology Headquarters.
