Overview of Treasury Stock Acquisition

Shizuoka Financial Group, Inc. implemented the acquisition of treasury stock of 5 million common shares (approximately 0.93% of the total issued shares) with an upper limit acquisition value of 10 billion yen and an acquisition period from February 17 to March 24, 2026, based on the resolution of the Board of Directors held on February 12, 2026. During the current acquisition period (March 1 to March 13), 1,871,000 shares of treasury stock were acquired through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange at a total acquisition value of 5,137,347,500 yen, concluding the treasury stock acquisition based on the said Board resolution.

As a result of this treasury stock acquisition, a cumulative total of 3,471,000 shares were acquired at a total acquisition value of 9,999,841,900 yen. The number of shares acquired corresponds to approximately 0.93% of the total issued shares and aims to enhance shareholder value.
