Overview of Changes in Executive Officers and Fellows

At the board of directors meeting held on February 27, 2026, SWCC Corporation resolved changes to executive officers and fellows effective April 1, 2026. Newly appointed executive officers include Mr. Tsutomu Fukumoto (in charge of Corporate Strategy, Business Development Strategy, IR and Public Relations Strategy) and Mr. Takashi Yamamura (responsible for the TOTOKU business and President & CEO of TOTOKU Co., Ltd.). Additionally, changes in duties were announced for five executive officers including Mr. Yukio Kawase, and resignations for three executive officers including Mr. Hirotaka Imai. Regarding fellows, Mr. Yoshiteru Akimoto was newly appointed as Senior Fellow, and several fellows also resigned.

Organizational Structure and Future Outlook

Following these changes, the executive officer structure clarifies responsibilities with CEO Tetsuo Komata at the helm, defining leaders of each business segment and corporate function. The roles of those responsible for important areas such as corporate strategy, technology development, and digital strategy were reorganized. This aims to strengthen business execution capabilities and improve management efficiency.
