【ELMENTS】Q2 FY2026 Financial Results | Sales of 1,507 million yen (+55% YoY)

Performance Overview

In the second quarter of FY2026, ELMENTS recorded sales of 1,507 million yen, a 55% increase from the same period last year, and net profit of 196 million yen in the black. The increase in revenue and profit was driven by the consolidation of POLARIFY and strong performance of LIQUID eKYC. Gross profit margin remained at 79.4%, with gross profit reaching 1,196 million yen, a 59% YoY increase. Although selling, general and administrative expenses also increased, the cost-to-sales ratio improved due to progress in PMI. Operating income and EBITDA also increased significantly, maintaining profitability.

Full-Year Earnings Guidance Revision and Future Outlook

Supported by strong first-half performance and a review of investment strategies, ELMENTS has revised its full-year sales forecast for FY2026 upward to 5,600–5,700 million yen. EBITDA is now projected to be between 1,100 and 1,200 million yen, with net profit expected to be in the range of 200–300 million yen in the black. Going forward, the company aims to continue expanding its authentication business and improving investment efficiency, focusing on PMI progress and expanding contracts.
