Overview of the Clinical Trial

Lenasience has initiated a Phase II physician-led clinical trial for localized advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The study targets 27 patients who are unsuitable for curative surgery, evaluating the efficacy and safety of combining chemoradiotherapy and the immune checkpoint inhibitor durvalumab with the PAI-1 inhibitor RS5614. The trial is being conducted at 12 medical institutions domestically, and will run from April 2026 to March 2029. This aims to enhance the immune therapy effects while suppressing side effects.

Future Outlook and Corporate Activities

The initiation of this clinical trial is expected to advance the company's cancer treatment development and may have a positive impact on financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2027.
