Notice Regarding Compliance with Listing Maintenance Criteria

Overview of Compliance Status

The Company has confirmed that it complies with the listing maintenance criteria of the Standard Market as of October 26, 2026. Although the free-float market capitalization did not meet the criteria as of February 28, 2026, efforts undertaken subsequently have resulted in meeting all items. Trends in number of shareholders, number of free-float shares, and free-float ratio are consistent with the compliance criteria, and the Company intends to continue maintaining compliance going forward.

Enhancement of Shareholder Returns, Strengthening of Disclosure, and Future Policy

As initiatives to contribute to share price improvement, the Company lists business portfolio transformation and strategic growth, strengthening its unique human capital foundation, reviewing capital costs and shareholder return policy, and promoting IR activities. To increase the number of free-float shares, the Company requested sales from major shareholders and executed disposal of treasury shares, and completed on October 26, 2026 the disposal of treasury shares by third-party allotment associated with the introduction of an employee share incentive trust. This confirmed compliance with the listing maintenance criteria. The Company will continue to expand its investor base through strengthened IR and information disclosure.
