Overview of Results

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated results were net sales of ¥137,851 million (15.8% YoY increase), operating income of ¥32,529 million (47.4% YoY increase), ordinary income of ¥32,244 million (49.4% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent of ¥24,011 million (122.7% YoY increase). In the Electronics segment, increased sales volume of dry film products for semiconductor memory driven by AI adoption contributed positively. The Medical and Pharmaceutical segment saw revenue growth led by increased outsourcing volume in contract manufacturing. Special gains include gains on liquidation of affiliated companies, and special losses include corporate action expenses.

Outlook and Dividend Policy

For the fiscal year ending March 2027, consolidated earnings forecasts are net sales of ¥146,300 million (6.1% YoY increase), operating income of ¥34,300 million (5.4% YoY increase), ordinary income of ¥33,400 million (3.6% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent of ¥24,100 million (0.4% YoY increase). The exchange rate assumption is ¥150.0 per US dollar. An increase in sales and profit is expected in the Electronics segment, while the Medical and Pharmaceutical segment is forecasted to record revenue growth but a decrease in profit. Regarding dividends, no year-end dividend was paid for FY March 2026, and no interim or year-end dividends are planned for FY March 2027.
