Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. resolved at the Board of Directors meeting on March 30, 2026, to repurchase treasury stock aimed at expanding the shareholder base and improving stock liquidity. The target shares are our common stock, with an upper limit of 530,000 shares (1.50% of the total number of issued shares) and a total acquisition price upper limit of 2,000,000,000 yen. The acquisition period is from May 18, 2026, to December 18, 2026, and will be conducted through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
