Notice regarding the revision of consolidated and non-consolidated earnings forecasts in line with the start of consolidated accounting

Overview of results

With the shift to consolidated accounting from the second quarter of the 2026 fiscal year, we published consolidated earnings forecasts and revised individual earnings forecasts. We newly included Nippon Chuo Kanri Co., Ltd. as a consolidated subsidiary, incorporating its rental management and shared real estate businesses, and leveraging the group's Web marketing know-how and sales network to promote business collaboration. On a full-year basis, net sales are revised upward to 11,700百万円 and operating income to 2,300百万円. However, due to uncertainty in the timing and scale of external costs arising from the planned asset securitization in the second half, ordinary income and net income were left unchanged.

Outlook and notes

Going forward, once cost estimates related to asset securitization become reasonably determinable, we will consider additional revisions as needed. Although consolidated revenue can now be calculated with the start of consolidated accounting, the allocation of individual acquisition costs has not been completed, so the impacts on different levels of profit are undetermined. Future performance may vary depending on market trends, collaboration with partners, and order intake.
