Performance Overview

For the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (from July 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026), consolidated results were net sales of ¥51,874 million (up 1.8% YoY), operating profit of ¥5,568 million (up 30.5% YoY), ordinary income of ¥5,604 million (up 33.4% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥3,414 million (down 9.8% YoY). The equity ratio was 71.9%, reflecting an increase from the previous fiscal year-end. Outstanding shares remained at 40,426,000 shares. The dividend is projected to be ¥24 per share at the end of the term, totaling ¥48 for the year, with no increase from the previous year.
