Based on the board resolution dated September 11, 2026, the Company has carried out treasury stock acquisitions for September. The target is ordinary shares. The method of acquisition is market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Under the resolution pursuant to the applicable provision, the cumulative purchase upper limit to be completed by September 30, 2026 is set at 1,940,000 shares and a total amount of 2,000,000,000 yen.
