Overview of Revision to Operational Status and Dividend Forecast

Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment Corporation revised its forecast dated October 16, 2025, due to the decision to sell planned transfer assets and minor adjustments in the operational status of existing properties for the fiscal period ending August 2026. Operating revenue has been revised upward to 8,703 million yen (6.3% increase from previous forecast), operating income to 4,695 million yen (9.9% increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent to 4,189 million yen (10.7% increase). The dividend per unit was also raised to 3,104 yen (9.5% increase). Conversely, profit distribution exceeding earnings per unit slightly declined to 283 yen.
