Notice Regarding Funds Borrowing and Repayment

This notice is an important disclosure announcing decisions regarding funds borrowing and the repayment of borrowings. The current borrowing is 2,000 hundred million yen from Fukuoka Bank, with execution on September 10, 2026 and repayment on October 13, 2026. The repayment method is a single lump-sum repayment at maturity, unsecured and unguaranteed. Repayment funds will be appropriated to this borrowing, and the interest payment date is the repayment date. The total borrowings after execution and including investment corporation bonds of 7,000 hundred million yen remain at 222,250 hundred million yen. No material changes to risk have occurred as described in the securities report.

Post-borrowing, the financial position shows no change in the total of short- and long-term borrowings, and the overall financial structure is expected to remain as is. The use of funds is planned to be applied to the repayments listed in this notice.
