Status of Treasury Investment Units Acquisition

LaSalle Logiport Investment Corporation acquired 14,092 units of treasury investment units at a total acquisition price of 2,205,121,400 yen through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange during the period from February 1 to February 28, 2026. Based on the board resolution on October 21, 2025, a total of 52,647 units of treasury investment units have been acquired at a total acquisition price of 8,190,738,800 yen during the period from October 22, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

Cancellation of Treasury Investment Units and Future Outlook

It was decided to cancel 58,981 units of treasury investment units on February 27, 2026, and the total number of outstanding issued units after cancellation will be 1,736,805 units. This represents 3.28% of the total outstanding issued units. Due to this cancellation, the total number of outstanding issued units— which serves as the basis for dividends per unit for the fiscal year ending February 2026—will decrease, and an increase in dividends is expected. The latest dividend forecast will be announced at the financial results announcement scheduled for April 2026.
