Business Expansion and Registration Application of the Asset Management Company

Healthcare Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company of Healthcare & Medical Investment Corporation, has decided to submit a change registration application to the Financial Services Agency for the addition of investment advisory and agency business and Type II financial instruments business under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act in order to newly launch a private fund business. Through this, along with the existing asset management business, the company will develop the private fund business aiming to enhance investor value.

Organizational Changes and Appointment of Key Personnel

With the launch of the private fund business, a Private Fund Business Department was newly established, and the operational divisions of existing departments were reviewed. Furthermore, Kentaro Yoshikawa was appointed as the head of the Private Fund Business Department, effective April 28, 2026. The organizational chart was also revised to include the newly added Private Fund Business Department. Additionally, rules for strengthening conflict of interest management and the information management system were enhanced.
