Notice Regarding Changes in Directors and Corporate Governance

This release communicates the board's personnel decisions made at the August 28, 2026 meeting. Shinichi Nomura will be newly appointed from Director / Executive Officer in charge of Automotive Sales Division, Deputy General Manager of the Second Sales Department to Director / Executive Officer in charge of Automotive Sales Division, Deputy General Manager of the Second Sales Department. Keiji Yamaguchi will be appointed as Director / Executive Officer in charge of Automotive Sales Division, Third and Fourth Departments; he will also take on the role of Head of the Third Sales Department, and responsibilities in the Corporate Planning Office and Administrative Department will be newly assigned or changed.

For reference, the current list of directors includes President and CEO Kazuhiro Tachibana, as well as the structure of executive officers and Audit & Supervisory Board members. The changes include reassignment of the Automotive Sales Division leadership and changes in the Administrative Department and Corporate Planning Office, aimed at strengthening organizational management. While direct numerical impact on future performance is unknown, the leadership structure of the sales umbrella is being refreshed and warrants attention.
