It offers transit and charter bus services; operates intercity express and limousine buses; and provides tour taxi services, as well as engages in the motor truck, automobile repair, insurance, advertising, tourist consulting, and rental businesses. The company also sells condominium and detached house; is involved in a custom-built house, a housing renovation, a housing brokerage, hotel housekeeping, real estate appraising, and compensation consulting businesses; develops, manages, and leases office buildings and commercial facilities; and operates community-based businesses, including renovation of premises/equipment and condominiums, and trimming services for gardens and planted trees. In addition, it operates service stations; sells petroleum products and private cars; provides automobile repair services; supplies and sells liquefied petroleum gas; runs Komeda's Coffee shops and wash house coin laundries under the WASH House name; operates franchisees stores; sells new trucks, buses, and used vehicles; produces and sells auto parts and supplies; and provides automobile processing services and auto body manufacturing services, as well as offers services related to automobiles, such as mounting special parts, adapting equipment, replacing truck bodies, repairing sheet metal parts, and painting. Further, the company operates hotels, resorts, and expressway businesses; runs clubs, a driving school, and an elderly housing facility; offers tour products under the name of KAKKO-PALOOK; and engages in the landscaping business. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Tsu, Japan.
