Overview of Business Performance

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales reached 244.8 billion yen (+0.6% YoY), marking the ninth consecutive year of revenue growth and a record high. Operating profit was 18.7 billion yen (+11.0%), ordinary income was 19.2 billion yen (+10.3%), and net income was 10.7 billion yen (+16.6%), all recording their highest levels in history for three consecutive years. Net income exceeded 10 billion yen for the first time since establishment.

Customer Base and Segment Trends

The number of continuing customer transactions was 3,471 thousand cases, achieving initial plans and steadily expanding. Customers increased in LPG and city gas, CATV, and Aqua segments. Segment-wise, energy, information and communication, CATV, and building facilities & real estate segments saw profit increases, while Aqua experienced a decline due to increased selling, general, and administrative expenses. Overall, operating profit increased by 1.86 billion yen compared to the previous year.

Dividend Policy

The payout ratio is planned to be maintained at approximately 40–50%, with a basic policy of continuous and stable dividends. The year-end dividend was increased by 2 yen from the initial forecast of 17 yen to 19 yen. The total annual dividend is planned to be 36 yen, increasing for three consecutive years.
