Overview of Earnings Forecast

For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated earnings forecast is net sales of 40,000 million yen, operating income of 900 million yen, ordinary income of 830 million yen, net income attributable to owners of the parent of 550 million yen, and earnings per share of 140.67 yen. The previous forecast was undetermined. Considering external uncertainties such as the Middle East situation, the forecast has been disclosed based on the information currently available.

Dividend Forecast and Revision of the Medium-Term Plan

Annual dividend is expected to be 43 yen ( interim 23 yen, year-end 20 yen), with a dividend payout ratio target of 30.6%. Regarding the medium-term management plan Vision110, the 2024 plan has been temporarily withdrawn, and work will commence on formulating a new medium-term plan that responds to on-site feasibility and changes in the external environment. The new plan will emphasize completing supply responsibilities, building trust, pursuing both exploitation and exploration, expanding procurement orders, and fostering an corporate culture that values autonomy and transformation.
