Notice of Revision to Full-Year Consolidated Earnings Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2027 and Revision to Surplus Distribution (Interim Dividend) and Year-End Dividend Forecast (Dividend Increase)

Revision to Earnings Forecast

At the board of directors meeting held today, we revised upward the full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027, supported by expanding semiconductor demand and tailwinds from AI demand. Net sales are expected to be 270,000 hundred million yen, ordinary income 16,000 hundred million yen, net income attributable to owners of parent 11,000 hundred million yen, and basic earnings per share 373.78 yen. All figures represent increases from the previous forecast.

Surplus Distribution and Revision to Year-End Dividend

The interim dividend has been increased to 69 yen per share and the year-end dividend to 82 yen per share, resulting in an annual dividend of 151 yen. Record dates and effective dates for dividends will follow the instructions in the materials. We aim for a consolidated payout ratio of 40% and will continue capital allocation policies that consider capital expenditure and R&D funding requirements.
