Fujio Food Group Co., Ltd. resolved at the Board of Directors meeting on April 24, 2026, to issue 32,252 new shares (totaling JPY 34,993,420) under the restricted stock compensation plan targeting directors (excluding outside directors) and executive officers who do not concurrently serve as directors. The plan aims to provide medium to long-term incentives and align interests with shareholders, setting a long-term transfer restriction period of 30 years. Contents of the Restricted Stock Allocation Agreement and Impact on Shareholders
