Overview of Results

Consolidated net sales for the interim period increased to 14,521 million yen (up 1.0% YoY). Operating income turned to profit of 95 million yen, ordinary income was 174 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent for the interim period turned positive at 15 million yen. While the photo business performed steadily, sales in the costume manufacturing and wholesale business declined. As part of the store strategy, 61 stores were renovated, and the total number of stores including directly managed and franchised stores reached 402.

Outlook and Shareholder Returns

There is no revision to the full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027. There has been no change to the recently announced dividend forecast, and the year-end dividend remains TBD. Cash and cash equivalents have decreased, but the financial position remains healthy with a high equity ratio. The Company will continue business structure reforms and store investments, strengthening the photo business and expanding sales channels for the costume business.
