Nippn Corporation executed treasury stock acquisition pursuant to the provisions set forth in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act and the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, based on the Board of Directors' resolution dated October 14, 2025. The acquisition targeted the Company’s common stock, with an upper limit of 2,200,000 shares and total acquisition cost capped at 4 billion yen. During the period from March 1 to March 24, 2026, 322,600 shares were acquired via market purchases at a total cost of 886,941,291 yen. With this, the treasury stock acquisition under the said Board resolution has been completed. The cumulative total shares acquired amount to 1,555,800 shares with an aggregate acquisition cost of 3,999,814,261 yen.
