Goyo Corporation has decided on 7 director candidates for the 76th annual shareholders meeting scheduled on June 24, 2026. The current 10 directors will retire upon term expiration, and new candidates, including Misawa Kishinami, are scheduled to be appointed. Kishinami is an external director candidate with a background in the financial industry, having experience as an outside director at Shibaura Electronic and Daiwabo Holidings. Other candidates are also expected to be reappointed or newly appointed, aiming to overhaul the management team.
