Supported by the peak period of multiple large-scale construction projects, consolidated sales increased by 20.4% YoY to a record high of 169.3 billion yen. Operating profit reached 13.7 billion yen (up 58.8%), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 8.4 billion yen (up 50.0%), achieving both revenue and profit growth. Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2027

Consolidated sales are expected to decline by 11.5% YoY to 150.0 billion yen, with operating profit decreased by 34.5% to 9.0 billion yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent forecast at 8.2 billion yen (down 3.2%). Despite the reduction in revenue, the impact of recording extraordinary gains is expected to limit the decrease in net income. The dividend per share is projected to remain at 100 yen.
