Based on the Board of Directors resolution on February 9, 2026, Yahagi Construction Industry Co., Ltd. carried out the disposal of treasury stock allocated to the employee shareholding association. While the initial plan was to dispose of 149,600 shares, the number of members of the shareholding association was finalized following the end of employee enrollment promotion, resulting in a decrease to 144,300 shares. The disposal price was set at 2,400 yen per share, and the total disposal amount was 346,320,000 yen. The disposal was conducted through a third-party allotment method.
