This report is a notice regarding the consolidated financial results (15 months) of Hinokiya Group, the non-listed parent company, for the fiscal year ending March 2026. It includes an overview of the parent company, the financial statements (balance sheet and income statement), shareholder status, and executive information. The relationship with the parent company shows a 54.95% equity stake, and our business transactions involve insulating construction sales, etc., accounting for only a few percent of revenue.
