At today’s board meeting, the company decided to change the name of its consolidated subsidiary, Hokuriku Denki Construction Co., Ltd. The new name will be Hokwanex Co., Ltd. upon approval by an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, with an effective date of October 1, 2026. In connection with the name change, from the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, the reporting segment name will change from 'Hokuriku Denki Construction Group' to 'Hokwanex Group.'
