The postponement is due to the need for additional investigation and mid-term review procedures following the confirmation of cash outside the books at a consolidated subsidiary, Sun Asterisk Vietnam Co., Ltd. We have been advised by the auditor that it may not be possible to complete the mid-term review by the statutory deadline.
