Overview of Misconduct

At our company’s sales offices under a specific branch jurisdiction, it has been revealed that from 2013 to 2026, there was ongoing falsification of calibration certificates and fraudulent measurement report submissions related to maintenance inspections of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. The affected measuring instruments include five types such as insulation resistance meters and thermometers. Initially, these misconducts continued due to prioritizing schedules and excessive workload, stemming from weakened compliance awareness, fixed organizational structures, and dysfunctional internal reporting systems. After discovery, we have taken measures including disciplinary actions against involved personnel, third-party investigations, re-inspections, and the formulation and implementation of recurrence prevention measures.

Future Actions and Recurrence Prevention Measures

Our company aims to rebuild corporate culture, strengthen monitoring systems, enhance employee education, and improve internal reporting systems to establish a sincere corporate culture and eliminate misconduct.
