Overview of the Disposition

Our company completed the disposal of treasury stock, which had been resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on June 23, 2026, as part of the restricted stock compensation program, on July 21, 2026. The disposed shares consisted of 36,100 common shares, with a disposal price of 9,315 yen per share, totaling approximately 33.6 million yen. The recipients of this disposal are eight of our Directors (excluding Directors who are Audit & Supervisory Committee Members and outside Directors) and Executive Officers. This disposal was conducted as part of our compensation system for officers and did not result in shareholder dilution.

Impact on Shareholders and Future Outlook

This share buyback was implemented as part of the restricted stock compensation system and does not affect shareholders' ownership ratios or cause dilution. The funds raised amounted to approximately 33.6 million yen and are expected to contribute to our future capital policies and enhancement of our officer compensation system. We will continue to promote sound capital policies and strive to enhance corporate value.
