About

Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (JPR) was established on September 14, 2001, under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended), and was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (the Tokyo Stock Exchange) on June 14, 2002, with 289,600 outstanding investment units. With the subsequently implemented public offerings and other capital raising measures by JPR, the number of investment units issued and outstanding totals 985,814 units as of the end of the 47th fiscal period (June 30, 2025). JPR has assigned the asset management of its portfolio to Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management, Inc. (the company name was changed from Tokyo Realty Investment Management, Inc. on April 1, 2024. The same applies hereinafter.) (TRIM), through which JPR aims to maximize unitholder value by efficiently managing the portfolio primarily comprising office properties and retail properties.
