Notice regarding surplus dividend (increase and commemorative dividend)

Dividend policy and amount decision

We pursue a policy of long-term, stable profit return while strengthening financial soundness and internal reserves. For the fiscal year ending May 2026, the dividend per share is set at 27円 (ordinary dividend) after a 2円 increase from the latest dividend forecast of 25円, plus a commemorative dividend of 3円 for the 30th anniversary since listing in February 2026, totaling 30円 per share.

Shareholders' meeting and future procedures

The proposal regarding the above surplus dividend is scheduled to be deliberated at the 115th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 27, 2026. The dividend will be paid from retained earnings, with an effective date of August 28, 2026.
