This is the disclosure of the voting rights exercise results for the 74th term ordinary general meeting of shareholders. The total number of shareholders was 12,482, with total voting rights of 753,799. Pre-exercise by 7,821 shareholders, exercisable voting rights prior to the meeting 644,888, and on-site attendance 33,962, totaling 678,850 votes in favor; all proposals were approved as originally proposed. The voting rights exercise rate was 90.05% (approval rates were high for individual proposals).

Approval/Disapproval of proposals on acquisitions and countermeasures

Proposal 6, 'Update on our stance toward large-scale purchases of our shares, etc. (response to acquisitions)' received 431,306 votes in favor and was approved at 63.53%. Other proposals were approved with generally high approval rates. Proposals related to appointment of directors and auditors also received broadly high support and were approved.
