As an overview of controlling shareholder matters, Colowide Co., Ltd., the parent company, holds 3.38 million of our ordinary shares (voting rights 46.71%), and explains the relationship within the Colowide Group and our policy to ensure independence. Under the group's basic management policy, much of the business execution is delegated to group companies, while we, as a holding company, formulate strategic directions and supervise to maintain independence as a listed company. Transactions with the controlling shareholder are conducted on market terms, with a policy to uphold fairness and protection of minority shareholders.
