As stated in the May 25, 2026 disclosure titled 'Opinion and Recommendation Regarding Public Tender by Kin-den', the tender offeror began acquisitions on May 26, 2026. If the tender offer is not completed and the company’s shares cannot be obtained in full, the meeting may be convened to restrict shareholders to the tender offeror and Mitsubishi Electric, and may involve procedures including a share consolidation under Corporate Law Article 180 and amendments to the Articles of Incorporation.
