Rights entitlement date and voting instruction

The right to exercise voting instructions for the ordinary general meeting is established. JDR beneficiaries will instruct voting rights through the trust administrator, thereby exercising the voting rights indirectly at the shareholder meeting. The rights entitlement date is notified based on July 6, 2026, Japan Standard Time, and the meeting is scheduled for August 28, 2026. Notices of meeting and instruction forms are expected to be mailed.

Practical actions and notices

The JDR trustee sets the rights entitlement date and notifies JDR beneficiaries of the rights. Information disclosed outside the record date may be notified separately, and the rights of JDRE beneficiaries are exercised through the Japan Securities Depository Center. The formal date of the meeting and the record date are specified, and investors should prepare voting instructions at an appropriate time.
