Today, as an additional matter related to the timely disclosure dated June 2, 2026, titled “Notice concerning the status of directors by the company,” the Tokyo District Court issued a decision on June 2, 2026 that the proposed former director candidate does not hold the position of director or representative director of the company and confirmed the decision dated that day. Subsequently, on June 3, 2026, the proposed former director candidate filed an objection to the preservation order, and on June 10, 2026, a decision was made to deny the preservation objection and to authorize the temporary injunction decision. In response, the company has established a policy to seek a final determination through litigation proceedings and to continue proper performance of duties toward enhancing corporate value and realizing the joint interests of shareholders.
