Notice of Basic Agreement Conclusion Regarding Business Alliance with Hakuhodo Key Three Co., Ltd.

Overview of the alliance

Today, we signed a Basic Agreement on Business Alliance (MoU) with Hakuhodo Key Three to promote digital corporate bonds-related business. The two companies will jointly advance planning and promotion of digital corporate bonds, marketing, and project structuring with issuers and related parties. The MoU includes support for the introduction of stablecoin payments, related research and information sharing, and the establishment of a Steering Committee to drive common initiatives. We aim to commence the first project within 2026. The MoU itself does not have legal binding force.

Outlook and impact

We aim to create multiple revenue opportunities, including fees related to planning and project structuring for digital corporate bonds, system development and deployment for issuance and circulation, introduction and operation support for stablecoin payments, and marketing support. By aiming to start the first project within 2026, we seek to expand our business by leveraging growth opportunities in the digital corporate bond market. If there are any matters that could affect performance, such as the execution of individual projects, they will be disclosed.
