Zen Kokhosho Co., Ltd. announced a partial correction in the 2026 fiscal year earnings report supplementary materials. The total acquisition amount increased to 1 trillion 6,736 billion yen, with operating revenue of 587.3 billion yen (up 3.1% YoY), operating income of 41.3 billion yen (down 1.4% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent of 32.5 billion yen (up 1.4% YoY). Loss compensation was newly recorded at 945 billion yen. An increase in non-operating income and a share of profits from negative goodwill arising caused 1,193 million yen to be recorded as non-operating income.

Status of Acquisition and Guarantee Debt Balance

Acquisition from the existing housing loan market was revised to 1.6 trillion yen, with a reduction due to repayments of 0.5 trillion yen. Guarantee debt balance expanded to 21.4 trillion yen, achieving net growth through both organic and inorganic growth. New guarantee execution amount was 1.9 trillion yen, steadily expanding the scale of the guarantee business. The subrogation repayment rate and claim recovery rate also remain high, maintaining a stable business foundation.
