In FY2025, sales totaled 1.8928 trillion yen, a 12.4% decrease from the same period last year, but operating profit reached 4.85 billion yen, a 77.6% increase. Ordinary income was 5.79 billion yen (up 228.3%), and net income was 4.74 billion yen (up 31.4%), resulting in significant profit growth. The brand business declined in revenue due to intensified competition and sluggish demand, but profit exceeded the previous year. Display device business posted lower revenue but saw a reduction in operating losses. Financially, the company improved its balance sheet, with the equity ratio rising from 10.5% to 19.6%.

Segment Performance and Future Outlook

Segment-wise, the Smart Life segment recorded 59.79 billion yen (a decrease of 7.1% YoY), the Smart Workplace segment was 83.38 billion yen (down 0.3%), the brand business was 143.18 billion yen (down 3.3%), and the Display Devices segment was 42.35 billion yen (down 6.4%). Despite revenue declines, the brand business secured profit, and the display device segment reduced its losses. As the first year of the medium-term management plan, the company is steadily building a foundation for re-growth and plans to accelerate strengthening its earnings base and business transformation. The FY2026 full-year earnings forecast projects sales of 1.77 trillion yen (-6.5%), operating profit of 4.9 billion yen (+0.9%), ordinary income of 3.9 billion yen (-32.7%), and net income of 4.2 billion yen (-11.5%).
