Kyorin Pharmaceutical has developed the mid-term management plan 'Vision 110 －Stage2－' covering FY2026 to FY2029, as the second phase of its long-term vision 'Vision 110' toward its 110th anniversary. The basic policy emphasizes active investment for sustainable growth, with priority given to acquiring in-licensed products. The plan promotes five strategic initiatives (expanding development pipeline, strengthening new drug creation, maximizing the diffusion of new drugs, advancing health-related businesses, and establishing a sustainable corporate foundation), aiming to achieve performance goals and enhance stakeholder evaluations.

Performance Goals and Shareholder Return Policy

The revenue target for FY2029 is over 120 billion yen, with an operating profit (before R&D expenses deduction) of over 17 billion yen and an ROE of 5% or more. Additionally, for FY2032, the goal is to achieve a revenue of over 160 billion yen, operating profit of over 20 billion yen, and an ROE of 8% or more as the Stage3 exit target. Regarding shareholder returns, the company prioritizes investment for sustainable growth beyond Stage3 while maintaining a dividend of 25 yen per share annually, and plans to consider dividend increases.
