Overview of the Mid- to Long-Term Management Plan

Takasu Corporation has formulated a new mid- to long-term management plan "Takasu Fan Creation Challenge 2035: To Be a Good Company" covering FY2026 to FY2035. The sales target for the final year is over 200 billion yen +α, with an operating profit goal of over 8 billion yen +α. In addition to sustainable growth of existing businesses, the plan includes achieving discontinuous growth through M&A and creating synergies. The plan is to achieve 32 periods of consecutive dividend increases and a total dividend payout per share over 10 years of 1,380 yen +α.

Past Mid-Term Management Plans and Growth Achievements

In the previous mid-term management plan (FY2018–FY2025), the company achieved sales of 124.1 billion yen and operating profit of 4.86 billion yen. It recorded its 11th consecutive record high sales and 8th consecutive record high operating profit. Net income attributable to owners of the parent also marked its 5th consecutive record high. By strengthening investments in human resources, profit growth has accelerated, and FY2026 is expected to see the 9th consecutive record high for operating profit and ordinary income.
