Overview of Performance

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales reached JPY 1,146.7 billion (up 8.2% YoY), operating income was JPY 79.5 billion (up 32.9% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 62.0 billion (up 70.7% YoY), achieving both revenue and profit growth. Increased sales volume and cost improvements drove profit growth. By segment, Japan, the Americas, Asia, and India saw increases in sales and profits due to higher customer production volumes, while the China segment experienced a sales decline due to fewer customers but reduced its deficit margin.

Capital Policy and Dividends

At the Board of Directors meeting held on April 28, 2026, a resolution was passed to conduct a stock split at a rate of 5 shares for each 1 common share effective October 1, 2026. This will increase the number of outstanding shares approximately fivefold. The annual dividend is planned at JPY 138 per share, representing an increase year-over-year. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the dividend forecast considers the impact of the stock split and is set at JPY 85 per share interim dividend and JPY 18 per share year-end dividend (post-stock split).
